Eat Me Guilt Free Review

Imagine this: cookies that you can eat without any guilt whatsoever. Sounds like something out of a fairy tale, right? Well, these cookies are no longer an idea from a fantasy. Eat Me Guilt Free bakes fit desserts, and they sent me some of their delicious cookies to sample and review.

The three flavors they sent were Tuxedo, Chocolate Chip, and PB Crack. Right away, I noticed these cookies were huge. Sometimes companies cut the portions to cut calories to make the desserts appear “healthier”, but this is not the case with these cookies. These huge, thick cookies also boast a ton of protein, a good amount of healthy fats, and minimal carbs.  The first cookie I tried was the Tuxedo.

This cookie had 16g of protein, 8g of fat, and only 9g of carbs. The Tuxedo cookie was bursting with flavors of white and dark chocolate without being too sweet.

The texture was light and airy, the cookie crunched when you took a bite but was very chewy from there on.  There were delicious, lightly-sweet white chocolate chips throughout. Given the high amount of protein, I was very surprised when there was no chalky protein taste.  Overall, this was a delicious cookie with an airy texture.

The second cookie I tried was PB Crack.  The minute I tore open the plastic packaging, I immediately smelled the peanut butter.

With 16g of protein, 9g of fat, and a mere 9g of carbs, this cookie definitely packs a nutritional punch.  This cookie was much softer and thicker, eliminating the crunch that the Tuxedo had.

This cookie had a very strong peanut butter flavor without any chalky protein taste once again. It was definitely my favorite out of the three, but I am a little biased because I love peanut butter.

Finally, I tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie.  When I first took this cookie out of the package, all I could see was a bunch of little chocolate chips covering the surface.

These little dots of chocolatey goodness were scattered throughout the entire cookie and guaranteed in every bite. This cookie was chewy with lots of flavor, and the texture was the best mimic of a traditional cookie.  The flavor was fantastic, Eat Me Guilt Free definitely did the most famous cookie variety justice.

Overall, I was very impressed with these cookies. With the amount of protein in each, I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t taste a hint of protein powder in any of the varieties. Well done Eat Me Guilt Free, you killed it with these cookies.
